Payment Terms


We offer you a wide range of payment options. Below you will find detailed information on the individual payment options:

  1. Prepayment by bank transfer
  2. Credit card
  3. Delivery on account

1. Prepayment by bank transfer

With us you can pay in advance. You will receive the transfer details at the end of your order.

We will process and ship your order as soon as your payment has been received. Depending on the bank, it can take one to three working days after the transfer order is created before we receive your payment. Please only transfer to the account mentioned and please state the purpose correctly so that the payments can be allocated.

In the case of returns, the corresponding amount will be credited to the bank account from which you transferred.


2. Credit card

You can pay conveniently and securely with your credit card in our online shop. We accept the following credit cards: VISA and MasterCard. Please select the relevant card during the purchase process and enter the required data in the fields provided.

The credit card details are encrypted using SSL. You can recognize this by the "https" in the address bar in your browser on the payment pages. This means that your credit card purchases are very safe with us. To increase the security of credit card payments, the credit card security procedure 3D-Secure is used. This procedure is called Verified by VISA for VISA cards and MasterCard Secure Code for MasterCard cards. If your credit card is 3D-Secure enabled, you will automatically be redirected to your bank's website. There you can confirm the transaction by entering your personal SecureCode and your password. If you have not yet registered your credit card for the 3D Secure process, you can do this as part of the payment process. After the 3D-Secure authentication you will automatically be redirected to the shop.

In the case of returns, the corresponding amount will be credited to the debited credit card.


3. Delivery on account

As a new customer, you have the option of ordering your goods with a payment term. We reserve the right to carry out a credit check, after which you will find out the status of your order. Please include the following information with your order:

Company name, address, VAT number

After receiving the invoice, transfer the amount to be paid by you to our bank account within 14 days.


4. Paypal

You can pay via PayPal in our online shop. After you have selected PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal. There you can authenticate with your PayPal username and password. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can register with PayPal at www.paypal.com.

In the case of returns, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account.
