Shipping Terms
Delivery time:
The delivery time is approximately 1 to 2 days within Germany for our offered items from stock, unless otherwise stated.
For items that are not shipped from stock, the delivery time specified for the respective item applies.
If your order cannot be processed immediately, you will receive a separate email from us about your delivery status.
In the case of payment in advance, the deadline for delivery begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day will take the place of such a day.
If you order several items from us as part of an order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment of goods.
International deliveries:
In the following list you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, broken down by zones, which you must add to the delivery time specified for the respective item.
- Zone 1: additional max. 2 days: Belgium, Netherlands (except islands and overseas territories), Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark (except islands, Greenland and Faroe Islands), Czech. Republic, France (except islands and overseas territories), Monaco, Poland, Slovakia, Italy (except islands, Campione d'Italia and Livigno), Slovenia, Hungary, Sweden (except islands), Ireland (except islands), Spain (except islands , Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal (excluding Azores and Madeira), Croatia
- Zone 2: additional max. 3 days: Great Britain (except Scottish Highlands, islands), Northern Ireland, Switzerland, Norway (except islands, Jan Mayen and Spitsbergen), Andorra, Montenegro, Serbia: Please note possible delays due to customs processing (see below)
- Zone 3: additional max. 5 days: All countries not listed in zone 1 and 2
For international deliveries, customs clearance can cause unforeseen delays, so the stated delivery timeframe may be exceeded. For more details on customs clearance, duties and taxes, click here.
Shipping costs standard shipping:
You can find the shipping costs in the table below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be done via UPS | FedEx Eco / Express | DPD | DHL or TNT.
If you wish to ship to another country, please send us an e-mail to info@it-market.com before ordering and tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you at short notice, if we can also ship to the desired country and - should a delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - the amount of shipping costs, as we have to discuss the shipping option and the cost in advance with our shipping partner.
Attention: When placing the order, please not that we do not deliver to packing stations.
In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases which we are not responsible for and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs of transferring money by credit institutions (for example transfer fees, exchange rate charges) or import duties or taxes (for example customs duties). Delivery by forwarding agent:
Shipping by forwarding agent = from an item weight of 20kg or items with excess dimensions
The articles marked with a truck icon are forwarding goods.
The shipping costs are staggered depending on the country of delivery and the number of items. In the case of a mixed shopping cart consisting of items with standard and forwarding shipping, billing is based on the number of forwarding items (in this case standard items are not charged).

FedEx is our main partner for international deliveries and offers standard and express shipping. A tracking code is generated after your item has been shipped, which allows you to keep track of when your order will arrive: Link to track your order

For deliveries made on pallets, shipping partners are individually selected to offer the best possible service for your order.
Transport Plus for business customers:
A lost shipment or damage during transport can lead to significant losses..
Our business customers can therefore optionally choose the additional Shipping Plus service for orders over 100€.
This additional service offers you protection against loss, theft and damage during transport.
Requirements and additional costs
Scope of service
In the event of complete loss or theft, you are entitled to a free replacement delivery. In the event of damage that does not result in a total loss, the actual reduction in value caused by the damage will be compensated by a credit note.
The service is limited to the shipment for which Shipping Plus was selected.
