Cisco Refresh Program

The Cisco Refresh Programme is Cisco’s official remanufacturing programme for previously used Cisco hardware. Returned products are inspected, remanufactured and prepared for reuse in accordance with defined Cisco processes. The portfolio can include switches, routers, servers, network modules and other Cisco components. Cisco Refresh hardware provides organisations with an additional sourcing option, particularly when expanding existing IT infrastructures or continuing to use specific product generations. The equipment is distributed through authorised sales channels and identified as Cisco Refresh products. Warranty, support and other services are subject to the applicable Cisco terms and conditions. The programme also supports the extended use of existing business IT hardware.
